"They will scam you. I insured my motorcycle through this office, and after cancelling my policy I never received my partial refund which had been promised. I called multiple times over the course of a month, with promises that the payment would be sent over soon. Looking back on this over a year later, I never received my refund, which was around $200. Don’t trust this office, they will take advantage or you. Never using State Farm again after this experience. It’s not just about the money, but the principle of the matter."
